## Responsibilities - Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. - Act as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams—ensuring alignment with the company's overarching priorities and delivering measurable growth. - Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval. - Inform and champion transformational operational excellence: A strong, scalable, operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process. - Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments. - Advocate and prioritize a roadmap, ask about the future of integrated campaign development, and identify and prioritize high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively. ## Requirements - 7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years of experience are in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at influencing across senior levels. - Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment. - Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis. - Past experience working on integrated campaigns with expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement. - Prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas.
