Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters including investigations; Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance management; Act as trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and trade-offs; Support performance management processes and talent succession planning; Lead offboarding and separation experiences; Partner on compensation cycles end to end; Build and refine People processes and documentation; Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws; Act as point of contact for work authorization needs including H-1B and TN visa reviews
