Responsibilities
Administer and support corporate platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure services; diagnose and resolve network issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Internet connectivity; prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and other user devices; manage the lifecycle of devices including deployment, updates, software installation, encryption, local admin access, inventory, and decommissioning; monitor system and network status, operational alerts, logs, and security events; contribute to infrastructure and security improvement projects; automate repetitive tasks using scripts, APIs, or platform automation functions; maintain clear documentation of configurations, procedures, network topologies, and recurring tasks; collaborate with colleagues across sites to share knowledge and improve operational consistency; coordinate with vendors, service partners, and internal teams for problem resolution and change implementation; provide practical technical support to employees when incidents require deeper system or network understanding
