Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments; manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and cloud-based systems; monitor network performance, security, backups, and system availability; configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware, software, workstations, and peripheral devices; carry out routine system updates, patching, and security upkeep; support cybersecurity efforts including endpoint protection and access control; respond to help desk inquiries and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support; maintain backup and disaster recovery processes; document IT infrastructure, configurations, and standard operating procedures; work with internal teams and external vendors on technical projects and system upgrades; assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT systems standpoint
