## Responsibilities * Start with a familiarization phase to learn about the portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders. * Lead, develop, and inspire a sales team of approximately 8 direct reports: coach/develop your team to achieve their full potential and promote an environment that fosters engagement and individual growth. Act as a developer of people, creating a future pipeline of talent for Stryker. * Support and drive your team strategically and tactically to accelerate business through the Joint Replacement portfolio, in alignment with the annual marketing plan. * Deliver/exceed against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing equipment utilization, recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs. budget. * Build up a network with key customers, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). * In close collaboration with Marketing, understand and utilize market dynamics to support business acceleration, taking a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies. * Provide solutions for customers and KOLs, adding value to the Sales process – resulting in winning business and positive customer experience. * Closely support and collaborate with enabling function teams such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth order to cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service. * Collaborate with Sales Managers of other divisions of Stryker to foster cross-departmental opportunities. ## Requirements * Degree or equivalent. * 8+ years of experience, including Sales and/or Marketing experience in industries such as MedTech, Biotech, Pharma or related. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in spoken and written English. * Proven leadership skills in successfully managing or coaching a team. * Business acumen in setting sales coverage, leveraging territory coverage, and customer focus. Experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments. * Ability to build relationships, excellent collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills & teamwork.
