Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives; Build and manage relationships with Government Departments, State Skill Development Missions, NSDC ecosystem partners, embassies, and international workforce stakeholders; Identify and secure partnerships with CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, training institutions, universities, nursing colleges, ITIs, and skill centers; Lead discussions, negotiations, and closure of partnership agreements, MoUs, and collaboration frameworks; Create new sourcing channels for international workforce mobility programs; Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement large-scale skilling and placement initiatives; Represent the company at conferences, government forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings; Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, presentations, and business cases; Monitor partnership performance, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes; Support fundraising and grant opportunities through institutional and foundation partnerships; Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across government and industry.
