We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Contract Coordinator to support our growing team. If you’re passionate about healthcare, thrive in a structured environment, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this could be your next great opportunity. ## Responsibilities - Monitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio. - Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email. - Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions. - Submit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations. - Maintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate. - Analyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends. - Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions. - Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement. - Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes. - Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed. ## Requirements - Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Results-orientated with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. - Fluent in Italian and English. ## Nice to Have - A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact. ## Benefits - Purpose-Driven Work: Help improve lives through innovative healthcare solutions. - Collaborative Culture: Work with passionate professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment. - Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills and grow your career in a global organization. - Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and work-life balance. ## We are Global Founded in 1987, Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, particularly in cardiology, radiology, oncology, critical care and endoscopy.
