Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support to dealers and service partners for complex vehicle diagnostics and repair cases; Analyze and resolve technical issues in vehicle technology, electrics, electronics, software, and connected vehicle functions; Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or severe quality and vehicle defects; Document technical findings and create reports for national and international departments; Support planning and execution of technical service campaigns, recalls, and quality measures; Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Warranty, and Training teams; Identify technical trends and develop improvement measures; Conduct technical audits to ensure uniform repair and service standards; Train and coach service technicians and workshop staff on new vehicle technologies and repair procedures; Support market launches of new models, powertrain technologies, and software functions; Ensure timely handling of technical requests per SLAs; Visit dealers and service partners to promote technical competence and service quality; Support technical special projects
