Responsibilities
Coordinating apprentice onboarding, rosters, uniforms, and training schedules; Organising quarterly catch-ups, graduations, and key apprentice events; Tracking apprentice progress, training records, and compliance with RTO requirements; Partnering with Managers, RTOs, and the Training team to ensure smooth delivery of learning; Supporting internal and external learning on-site including scheduling and trainer coordination; Acting as the first point of contact for apprentice engagement; Coordinating student work experience placements and managing compliance requirements.
