Responsibilities
Design and configure scalable, secure infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-based environments; Administer and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and user environments; Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; Manage identity and access control systems, including SSO and MFA configurations; Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate workflows and connect enterprise SaaS applications; Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies; Mentor and guide the IT team on complex infrastructure and systems issues.
