Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of outstanding receivables; Investigate and resolve complex payment issues including unapplied cash, short payments, and disputed invoices; Research unapplied customer payments by reviewing remittances, invoices, and contracts; Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining positive customer relationships; Analyze aging trends and collection issues to identify root causes and recommend process improvements; Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, Customer Success, and Sales teams to remove payment barriers
