Our luxury motorcoaches replace short flights with a faster, more sustainable alternative—reducing costs, addressing pilot shortages, and enhancing passenger journeys. ## About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help build and scale our digital presence to build awareness of the Landline service and drive conversion for our direct online booking and/or partner booking channels. This role is ideal for someone who is data driven, highly curious, and energized by shaping the future of travel. You'll work closely with cross functional partners to design, test, measure, and optimize digital marketing efforts that support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and demand generation in a B2C environment. You will also get involved in awareness building and part of the team launching our high visibility remote checkpoint product for major airports. We are a small, fast growing team. ## Responsibilities - Own and execute B2C digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, web, paid media, and content platforms - Analyze campaign performance using quantitative metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, etc.) and translate insights into action - Build dashboards and reports to communicate results clearly to stakeholders - Partner with product, operations, and sales teams to align messaging with real customer needs - Optimize website content and user journeys to improve engagement and lead conversion - Run experiments (A/B tests, landing page tests, funnel analysis) and apply learnings quickly - Help shape digital marketing strategy as the function grows including processes, tools, and best practices included ## Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing - Strong quantitative and analytical skillset; comfortable working with data, metrics, and attribution models - Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools, ad platforms) - Solid understanding of B2C marketing funnels and customer journeys - Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations - High enthusiasm for building, improving, and shaping - Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability - Exposure in transportation, aviation, infrastructure, or operational B2B environments - Experience executing SEO, paid search/social, or lifecycle digital marketing - Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or advanced analytics tools - Experience working in early stage or highly cross‑functional teams ## What We Offer - Medical - Paid time off - Flight benefits through our airline partners - Company-paid life insurance ## Location Remote, with up occasional travel to station locations in the USA / Canada and our headquarters (Fort Collins, CO) ## Schedule Standard business hours local time Monday – Friday ## Equal Opportunity Employer The Landline Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
