## About the Role
We're Storyleads. We help lawyers and legal vendors build personal brands through LinkedIn, newsletters, books, and more. We currently serve ~80 clients across the US. We're a team of 16. We're growing fast with plans to double in the coming year. And we need a Client Success Manager who wants to build this with us.
## Responsibilities
- Own client relationships from kickoff through renewal. Clients should look forward to hearing from you.
- Keep the content pipeline moving. Drafts, reviews, revisions, publishing. When something stalls, you UN-stall it.
- Be the bridge between our clients and our content strategists.
- Build systems that scale. Our processes aren't perfect. We're a startup. We need someone who looks at a workflow and says "this could be better" and then actually makes it better.
## Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in client success, account management, or client services.
- A track record of owning client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, ongoing communication, retention, and renewal.
- Exceptional people skills and a genuine passion for building strong, long-term client partnerships and not just managing accounts, but becoming a trusted advisor.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on our clients' industries, voices, and goals, and a real eagerness to do so.
- A natural empathy for clients where you understand their pressures, advocate for their needs, and make them feel genuinely supported.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment where processes are still being built and your input shapes how things run.
## Nice to Have
- You've worked with lawyers or in the legal industry.
- You've managed client success at a content agency or marketing services firm.
- You actively use LinkedIn yourself and understand the platform from a user perspective.
- You're furiously curious - you want to understand why things work.
- You have hands-on experience with AI tools.
- You have a sense of humor.
## What We Offer
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
- Min time commitment: Part-time or full-time (minimum 20 hours/week).
- This is a remote role. You must be available to work Eastern hours.
