## About the role Management and Support * Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions. * Manage and resolve complex employee-relations issues. * Offer informal leadership and mentorship to less experienced HR professionals, acting as program/process lead for initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development. People Planning & Talent Management * Develop comprehensive people plans aligned with the broader HR agenda and address specific workforce challenges. * Implement talent management processes across departments and provide thought leadership to enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance. * Coach stakeholders to adopt innovative approaches to team structures and work processes for improved business outcomes. Strategy * Embed business strategies at all levels by guiding workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession planning. * Ensure HR processes are applied appropriately and in compliance with legal requirements. * Design strategies for people management and talent acquisition for key roles, including a strategic approach to recruitment.
