## About the Role We're a fast-growing e-commerce platform and we're building our attribution layer in-house. We have the data infrastructure, the ad integrations, and the checkout data already flowing. We need someone to connect everything together and build a clean, accurate attribution system on top of it. This is greenfield — clear spec, real data, tight timeline. We're targeting a shippable v1 in 1-2 weeks. ## Responsibilities - Touchpoint capture — UTM/session tracking per customer journey, linked to order ID at checkout - Attribution model engine — All 7 standard models: first click, last click, linear, time decay, position-based - Post-purchase survey — Zero-party "how did you hear about us?" capture, mapped to channels - Attribution dashboard — ROAS by channel and model, visualised inside our existing UI ## Requirements - Built marketing attribution systems before (Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam, Rockerbox experience is a strong plus) - Worked with UTM tracking, session data, and touchpoint sequencing at scale - Shipped dashboards powered by real event data - Moved fast in early-stage environments — you're comfortable with tight scope and real deadlines - Worked in a JS-native stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase) ## Nice to Have - DTC or e-commerce analytics background - Experience with first-party data and cookieless attribution approaches ## To Apply - Have you built anything in the attribution/analytics space? What was it and what was the stack? - What's your estimated timeline to ship a functional UTM → order → multi-model attribution v1? - Your full time rate and availability.
