## About the role We are seeking a strong ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Performance Administration, customization, and configuration. ## Responsibilities - Work closely with QA teams to ensure all defects are resolved before customer release - Ability to work on project radars and deliver within project timelines - Highlight project risks and concerns to leadership - Provide deployment instructions and release support - Maintain detailed technical documentation through code and internal project management tools ## Requirements - Strong experience in ServiceNow development with both Server-side and Client-side scripting - Proficient in writing and manipulating objects in ServiceNow platform - Hands-on experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/Record Producers - Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes, and other Server-side components - Experience in developing highly performant web applications with strong attention to detail - Experience in testing code written on the ServiceNow platform - Ability to build and optimize business processes on ServiceNow - Experience in leading projects and implementing end-to-end solutions ## Nice to have - Experience in HRSD module of ServiceNow is a plus
