## About the Role You are a full-stack growth operator. You will own a set of "always-on" growth workflows: * keep the website sharp and conversion-oriented (Webflow), * turn wins into proof (case studies + landing pages), * build credibility in the right CX communities (customer planting + social proof loops), * run high-ROI events (pre/during/post), * support enterprise GTM experiments with the CEO (multi-threading, biz case collateral, vertical narratives). This is not a "strategist" role. It's a shipper role. ## What You'll Own ### 1) Website (Webflow) as a Growth Surface * Ship weekly updates: landing pages, ICP pages, comparison pages, pricing/supporting pages. * Improve conversion paths: demo → follow-up → proof → close. * Maintain a clean content system (components, templates, SEO hygiene). ### 2) Case Studies + Proof Engine * Run a case study pipeline: identify candidates, interview, write, publish, distribute. * Convert proof into assets: 1-pagers, teardown posts, short videos, quote cards, "before/after" metrics pages. * Keep the site proof library current and organized. ### 3) Community Growth (CX + ecommerce operator communities) * Identify where CX leaders hang out (Slack/Discord/LinkedIn groups/events). * "Plant" customers ethically: enable them with narratives, templates, and prompts—without being spammy. * Systematically create social proof: testimonials, threads, comments, customer-led mini stories. ### 4) Events (USA) — Full Funnel Ownership * Decide which events to attend based on expected ROI and ICP density. * Negotiate: speaking slots, sponsorships, roundtables, dinners, side events. * Run event playbooks: pre-book meetings, on-site capture (content + leads), and post-event follow-ups. * Measure ROI (pipeline created, influenced revenue, CAC payback assumptions). ### 5) Enterprise + New Vertical GTM Experiments (with CEO) * Support multi-threading: research stakeholders, map orgs, prep outreach sequences. * Create enterprise collateral: business case decks, security/IT readiness docs (with help), ROI calculators, vertical landing pages. * Turn learnings into a repeatable motion (so we can later hire dedicated demand gen + AEs for it). ## AI-First Expectations (Non-negotiable) You will use AI daily to move faster and cheaper: * Draft pages, case studies, event outreach, follow-ups, community posts—then edit to high quality. * Build lightweight automations (Zapier/Make), scrapers, enrichment workflows, and content repurposing. * Treat AI like a junior team: you direct, QA, and ship. (We care about output, not "AI enthusiasm.") ## What Success Looks Like ### In the first 30 days * Ship 4–6 Webflow improvements (new pages or major rewrites). * Publish 2 case studies or proof pages. * Build a community list + engagement plan (top 10–20 communities + weekly cadence). * Produce an events shortlist + ROI model, and lock 1–2 event bets. ### In 60–90 days * Website becomes a consistent pipeline assist: clearer positioning + proof paths + faster page velocity. * Proof engine running: 2+ proof assets/month (case study or equivalent). * Community motion working: weekly customer proof moments (comments/posts/threads) without spam vibes. * 1–2 events executed with disciplined pre-booking + post-event conversion. * Enterprise experiment: at least 1 vertical narrative + landing page + collateral pack shipped. ## Requirements You'd Be a Great Fit If You: * Have 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally early-stage) as a generalist/operator. * Are hands-on with Webflow (or equivalent) and can ship without waiting on designers. * Can interview customers and write crisp, metric-backed stories. * Have run events with real ROI thinking (not just "brand presence"). * Are comfortable working directly with a founder and moving fast with incomplete information. * Bonus: experience marketing to ecommerce operators, CX leaders, or enterprise buyers. ## Competencies We Screen For * Shipping velocity: you produce visible work weekly. * Taste + clarity: you can write/structure pages that feel crisp and credible. * Distribution instincts: you know how to get proof in front of the right people. * ROI discipline: you can justify events and programs with numbers. * AI leverage: you can use AI + automation to do the work of 2–3 people. * Founder-level ownership: you don't need reminders. ## Benefits ### Why Join Us * Real scale: Multiple Millions in ARR, profitable, growing fast. * High impact: you'll directly reduce channel dependency and build new growth motions. * Autonomy + budget: CEO-led GTM with meaningful spend already in motion. * Small elite team: high standards, high ownership, high comp upside. ## About the Company * **Reports to:** CEO (Amit) * **Location:** Flexible (India base ok), must be able to travel & attend events in the USA * **Stage:** Team of ~25, profitable, multiple millions in ARR and growing ~150% YoY * **Why now:** Marketing is currently founder-led with high dependency on a few channels; we need to diversify channels and build repeatable GTM programs. ## Interview Process (example) * Screen (30 min): past wins + what you shipped recently * Take home assignment (1 day): we'll give you an assignment and evaluate your ability to understand our ICP and your taste. * Deep dive (CEO): taste, velocity, prioritization, AI workflows * Reference checks We strive to finish the whole interview process in 2 weeks or under.
