Responsibilities
Conduct on-site and remote diagnostic missions to support dealers and authorized workshops; Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults on customer vehicles; Analyze individual vehicle problems and systematic fault patterns to derive immediate and corrective actions; Utilize OEM diagnostic tools for guided diagnostics, software updates, reprogramming, and parameterization; Interpret electrical schematics, service manuals, and technical bulletins to identify root causes; Create clear technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for engineering and quality teams; Participate in technical assistance processes including case management and escalation; Coordinate and support interdisciplinary teams at repair sites; Conduct on-the-job training and knowledge transfer to technicians; Contribute recurring issues and insights to knowledge databases and continuous improvement processes; Ensure safe working practices and cost-effective decision-making during diagnostics and repairs; Manage tools, equipment, and mission logistics; Maintain accurate records of cases, time, and priorities
