Responsibilities
Build peer-to-peer relationships with external scientists to maximize scientific value from collaborations; Act as a scientific bridge between the Oxford Immunobiology group and internal stakeholder groups; Propose orthogonal approaches to validate observations in clinical datasets and primary tissue assays; Co-lead the Enabling Biology cross-site working group to define biological capabilities; Lead and contribute to biological pathway deconvolution and target validation packages; Supervise lab-based scientists and spend time working from the bench.
