## About the role We are hiring a customer-obsessed, spiritually aware travel expert with experience in offline travel operations at brands like SOTC, Thomas Cook, or boutique religious travel firms. You will help design, price, and execute premium and tailored yatra itineraries focused on destinations such as Kashi (Varanasi), Ayodhya, Ujjain, Mathura, Tirupati, Puri, Haridwar, Nashik, Rameswaram, Dwarka, Kedarnath, and more. ## Responsibilities ### 🔹 Offline Itinerary Design & Execution - Create high-quality, spiritually immersive offline itineraries covering key pilgrimages across India. - Personalize for individual travelers, families, groups, HNIs, and NRIs with premium features like: - Private darshans - Trusted spiritual guides (DharmikGuides) - Concierge-style ritual coordination - Satvik dining experiences - Comfortable, senior-friendly logistics ### 🔹 Strategic Pricing & Vendor Management - Develop pricing models that balance affordability with elevated spiritual value. - Negotiate rates and partnerships with hotels, transport providers, pooja vendors, and temple bodies. - Maintain multiple tiers: economy, standard, premium, and ultra-premium pilgrimage packages. ### 🔹 Vendor & Destination Network - Build and manage a strong offline partner ecosystem in spiritual hubs like Ujjain, Tirupati, Mathura, Haridwar, Trimbakeshwar, Puri, and Rameswaram. - Facilitate access to rituals, accommodations, temple queues, local experiences, and cultural highlights. ### 🔹 Operational Excellence - Ensure smooth offline operations across the entire journey including: - Airport/train pickups - Temple darshan timing management - Ritual execution - Elderly and NRI assistance - Last-mile logistics and contingency handling ### 🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with product, tech, and AI teams to digitize your offline plans into bookable online journeys. - Provide insights to continuously improve platform offerings and itinerary recommendations. ## Requirements ### ✅ Experience & Skills - 3–10 years in offline travel planning, preferably with religious or pilgrimage travel. - Previously worked at SOTC, Thomas Cook, Cox & Kings, regional offline operators, or custom travel firms. - Strong destination knowledge in India's temple circuits and festival-based yatras. - Expertise in costing, supplier negotiation, and itinerary curation. ### ✅ Must-Have Traits - 💯 Customer-obsessed mindset – puts traveler experience above all. - 🗣️ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi (other Indian languages are a plus). - 🛕 Passionate about spiritual travel and respectful of cultural nuances. - 🤝 Relationship builder – vendors, temples, and local operators trust you. ## What we offer - A high-impact role shaping the future of spiritual tourism in India and abroad. - Work with an ambitious, mission-driven team fusing faith, travel, and technology. - Travel perks to India's most sacred and beautiful religious destinations. - Competitive compensation + incentives + deep spiritual fulfillment. ## About the company DharmikVibes is India's fastest-growing SpiritualTech platform, offering holistic religious and spiritual experiences for modern devotees across the globe.
