They rely on Clearing to simplify the financial complexities of running their businesses. ## Role Overview As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clearing, you'll ensure our customers' ongoing success by leveraging your expertise in accounting, financial management, and SaaS tools. You'll work closely with clients to help them navigate the platform, optimize their financial operations, and meet their business goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands the financial and operational challenges of property managers and can bridge the gap between technology and client success. ## What You'll Do - Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of Clearing. - Deliver personalized training sessions and educate customers on financial workflows, reporting, and platform best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, answering questions and helping clients configure Clearing to fit their operations. - Build and maintain onboarding resources and knowledge base content to improve customer self-service and adoption. - Monitor onboarding progress and key adoption metrics to ensure customers achieve value quickly and successfully launch on the platform. - Partner closely with the product, support, and implementation teams to facilitate seamless transitions and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. ## What We're Looking For - Strong financial and accounting expertise: Understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management. - Short-Term Rental (STR) or property management experience: Familiarity with the unique challenges in STR or real estate industries. - SaaS experience: Hands-on knowledge of supporting customers within a software platform. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and relationships with customers. - Highly tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Intercom, and knowledge documentation platforms. - Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in a startup environment where processes are evolving. ## Nice to Have - Experience with trust accounting principles in STR or property management. - Background in onboarding or supporting SaaS products for financial operations. - Familiarity with STR platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. - Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment. ## Why Join Clearing?
