## Information Security Admin Specialist - Senior Associate This is a third shift position. Hours are from 7.00 PM to 7:30 AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday with alternating Saturday's ## Responsibilities - Creating and opening accounts on various applications within SSC. - Monitors day-to-day application reports to ensure all user id's are current. - Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational business units and SAS help desk. - Provides on the job training to new staff and assists new staff with attainment of understanding job responsibilities. - Elevates unresolved issues/problems to management. - Maintains appropriate documents required for internal/external audits. - Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures - Support various client-facing applications, set up, training and resolving data integrity issues within specific timeframes. - Responsible for performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and internal/client requirements. - May perform other duties as directed by management. ## Requirements - 2-3 years of administrative experience. - Associate degree or equivalent experience ## Nice to Have ## Benefits Employees are eligible to participate in State Street's comprehensive benefits program, which includes: our retirement savings plan (401K) with company match; insurance coverage including basic life, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and other optional additional coverages; paid-time off including vacation, sick leave, short term disability, and family care responsibilities; access to our Employee Assistance Program; incentive compensation including eligibility for annual performance-based awards (excluding certain sales roles subject to sales incentive plans); and, eligibility for certain tax advantaged savings plans.
