## About the Role
We are currently looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our team.
## Key Responsibilities
- Handle the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies.
- Prepare and submit corporate filings and HE forms to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Maintain statutory records, corporate files, and company registers.
- Prepare corporate resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents.
- Assist with corporate changes, including changes of directors, shareholders, secretaries, and company structures.
- Maintain and update corporate structure charts and organizational records.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, lawyers, regulators, banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and other service providers.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of corporate, KYC, and compliance documentation as required.
- Handle correspondence and administrative matters relating to financial institutions and EMIs.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance with corporate obligations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general corporate and administrative support to the department.
## Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Corporate Administration, Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, Financia Services, or a similar administrative role will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures and Registrar of Companies filings, including HE forms.
- Experience in company incorporations and ongoing corporate administration.
- Familiarity with corporate structures and maintenance of statutory records.
- Understanding of AML/KYC requirements and corporate compliance procedures.
- Experience communicating with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and other service providers will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
