Restaurant Manager

SCOPE OF JOB The main purpose of this role is to manage all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved. Will be responsible to maximize guest satisfaction, increase employee retention and develop the property by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved. Main Responsibilities Responsible for the smooth running of the operation Liaising with all external and internal teams Ensuring excellent standards of the food quality and customer service Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to Meeting Sales targets, KPIs and budgetary requirements to ensure profitability Maximising the restaurant’s sales by managing costs and control stock levels Perform monthly property maintenance checklists Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly accounts and reports Leading and developing the team to achieve highest possible standards Organising the work schedules and assigning each member of staff specific duties Organize and perform monthly communication meetings with the team Plan and promote motivational tools to increase employee engagement Perform effective complaint handling and invest in guest loyalty Collaborate with all HOD to maximise the efficiency of the outlets Perform shifts as Manager on Duty Ensuring HACCP and health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained Attend job specific trainings Attend team communication meetings Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Accommodation offered upon request Paid annual leave 5 days per week working schedule Free meal while on duty Up to 15 % discount on company brands (Pizza Express, Marzano, Columbia Beach, La Boca, Columbia Steak House, Pokeloha, Columbia Confectionery, Columbia Beach Resort, House & Garden, Columbia Sun) Training and development opportunities Career advancement opportunities PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Level Of Experience Previous experience in the same position Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Management or relevant subject Skills And Knowledge Fluent in Greek and English Commercially astute Excellent customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills Interpersonal and communication skills IT Skills Good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene and licensing regulations Personality characteristics Approachable Team Player Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Assertive Hardworking Not what you are looking for?
