Provide, install, and lifecycle-manage clients, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals; Deliver on-site 1st and 2nd-level support for hardware and software issues; Administer Microsoft Intune for device registration, policies, and software distribution; Manage users and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365; Support local server and network infrastructure operations; Perform client and server patches according to central processes; Manage assets and licenses; Coordinate and accompany external service providers on-site; Participate in IT projects and implement central standards; Ensure stable and service-oriented IT operations at the site; Adhere to IT security policies, quality specifications, and compliance requirements; Document work and hand over complex topics to Senior Specialists
