Responsibilities
Maintain and upgrade Trellix ePO consoles across multi-tier networks and cloud VPCs. Engineer and sustain Trellix and Elastic Agent capabilities for lifecycle management. Integrate and manage endpoint agents on on-premises and cloud IaaS systems. Design and deploy scan exclusions, behavioral rules, and DLP policies. Diagnose and resolve agent connectivity and registration issues. Troubleshoot product installation failures on mission systems. Investigate and correct ePO console configuration and policy inheritance errors. Maintain alignment with DISA STIGs and security requirements. Collaborate with threat detection teams to implement signatures and containment policies.
