IT Systems Technician (Hardware/Software)

Salary: $56,160 - 70,560 per year
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors Degree preferred Experience as an IT Systems Technician with proven skills in networking, hardware, and application systems Familiarity with Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications Availability for on-call support on a rotational basis, including occasional evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
Provide technology support to end-users, addressing incident requests and delivering technical training with a focus on excellent customer service Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices Oversee the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance Coordinate and carry out technology equipment moves while ensuring cable standards are met Manage user accounts and permissions effectively
