Responsibilities

Train and support internal customers and stakeholders in the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of BMS and EPMS systems. Provide technical support to operations throughout the data center lifecycle. Review quarterly maintenance outcomes and action items for BMS and EPMS and drive resolution. Develop scope of work, schedules, budgets, and level of effort estimates for BMS and EPMS projects. Manage the scope, schedule, financials, and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects. Support procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, responses to RFIs, vendor proposal reviews, and purchase order issuance. Participate in global on-call rotation to deliver immediate technical support to live data centers. Attend project meetings, coordinate with project leads, and report progress to controls and stakeholder leadership. Support commissioning activities for controls projects in data centers. Review, implement, troubleshoot, and refine control sequences of operation and provide feedback to the design team. Develop and modify control logic programming and graphical user interfaces. Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables and navigate complex situations. Oversee the financial management of BMS and EPMS service contracts. Regularly visit assigned operating data centers locally to troubleshoot issues, meet customers, and supervise vendor work for compliance with scope, design, sequence of operation, and local codes.
