Requirements:
Experience working with power management and power monitoring systems A bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or an equivalent background, or 5+ years of industrial controls and automation experience Experience with industrial controls in a critical environment such as a data center, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, or water facility At least 2 years of controls or electrical construction project coordination across multiple teams or vendors to meet project objectives Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings across disciplines
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot BMS and EPMS issues in our data centers and perform root cause analysis or corrective actions Train and support internal customers and stakeholders on the design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of BMS and EPMS systems Support operations throughout the data center life cycle with technical guidance Review quarterly maintenance results and action items for BMS and EPMS and drive resolution Define scope of work, schedule, budget, and level of effort for BMS and EPMS projects Lead scope, timeline, financials, and delivery of BMS and EPMS improvement projects in our data centers Support procurement activities such as RFQs, RFPs, information requests, proposal reviews, and purchase order issuance Participate in our global on-call rotation to provide rapid BMS and EPMS support to live data centers Attend project meetings, coordinate with project leaders, and report progress to Controls and stakeholder management Support commissioning activities for Controls projects in the data centers Review, implement, troubleshoot, and refine controls sequences of operation and provide feedback to the design team Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables and navigate complex situations Oversee BMS and EPMS service contracts from a financial perspective Visit assigned operating data centers locally to troubleshoot issues, meet customers, and supervise vendor work to ensure alignment with scope, design, sequence of operation, and local codes
