Responsibilities
Create, design, configure, validate, install, commission, and operate BMS and EPMS systems; provide technical support to operations throughout the data center lifecycle; review quarterly maintenance results and drive action items to resolution; develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and estimates for BMS and EPMS initiatives; manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution for BMS and EPMS improvement projects; support procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, and vendor proposal reviews; participate in global on-call rotation for immediate technical support; attend project meetings and report status to stakeholders; review, implement, troubleshoot, and refine control sequences of operation; develop and adjust controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces; oversee financial management of BMS and EPMS service contracts; visit assigned in-operation data centers to troubleshoot, meet customers, and supervise vendor work
