Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as a masters degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years of experience in a related area. Over 4 years of experience in software product management or product marketing. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation and system architecture diagrams. Strong critical thinking abilities to tackle complex problems in enterprise products, unafraid to ask difficult questions for optimal results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of clearly articulating customer challenges and the value of solutions while effectively influencing cross-functional teams. Commercially-minded, able to inform product development and launch activities, and optimize both small/medium releases and larger product launches. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience driving complex projects in a multi-team environment. Purpose-driven, capable of energizing and inspiring others, with a commitment to continual improvement. Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery efforts to identify inventory data issues across the organization, collaborating with business partners to align product strategy with overarching business goals. Translate strategic priorities into actionable tasks through agile planning tools, balancing the development of new features with the reduction of technical debt. Employ agile methodologies within a complex, multi-solution enterprise setting, building collaborative relationships across product, UX, engineering, architecture, and solution delivery teams. Incorporate a customer-centric approach to internal capabilities, working alongside product readiness, engineering, business stakeholders, and customer support to devise rollout and migration strategies. Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, navigating conflicting priorities and fostering consensus among various groups. Engage internal and external clients during discovery phases to collect feedback on product concepts, understanding dealer operations and inventory differences. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as data accuracy rates, sync latency, and inventory discrepancy resolution time to inform roadmap priorities and facilitate ongoing enhancement.
