ServiceNow Architect
Salary: $179,000 - 219,000 per year
Requirements:
Were looking for a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience. We need at least 5 years of ServiceNow architecture and solution design background. We expect a track record of leading enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments and large-scale platform modernization. We value deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, and other ServiceNow product areas. We require experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, APIs, SSO, and Identity & Access Management. We need strong command of JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ITIL best practices. Were looking for someone who can communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. We prefer candidates with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect credentials. We also value ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Application Developer certification. ITIL v4 certification is preferred. Experience in healthcare, highly regulated environments, or complex multi-entity organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities:
We will rely on you to define and steer our enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap and platform strategy. You will design scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions and integrations. You will expand and fine-tune ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, SPM, GRC, and SecOps. You will lead workflow automation and digital transformation efforts across our organization. You will establish governance standards, platform best practices, and technical design frameworks. You will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external collaborators to deliver innovative solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight for our ServiceNow team members.
