Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year
Requirements:
We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. We require ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. We require ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. We require ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, or active progress toward it. We need 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and implementation. We need 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience. We need 3+ years designing and delivering CPQ solutions. We require experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at enterprise scale. We require experience working in Agile delivery environments. We require exposure to ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM). We require experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems. We prefer experience in telecom, technology, manufacturing, or large enterprise sales operations. We require strong expertise in ServiceNow CPQ, Product Catalog Management, Workflow Automation, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and data modeling/governance. We require a solid understanding of quote-to-cash, order management, pricing, and sales operations processes. We require knowledge of subscription-based business models and SaaS pricing structures.
Responsibilities:
We lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow CPQ implementations. We define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture using ServiceNow best practices. We create solution blueprints, technical designs, data models, integration approaches, and rollout roadmaps. We ensure business objectives are aligned with platform capabilities. We design and implement product catalogs, pricing structures, discounting rules, approval flows, and quote generation processes. We configure complex product offerings, bundles, subscription models, and pricing logic. We improve quote-to-cash operations through automation and workflow orchestration. We advise stakeholders on CPQ best practices and process enhancements. We provide architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers and technical consultants. We run design reviews and confirm adherence to governance standards. We troubleshoot complex technical issues and support teams through solution development challenges. We establish development standards, coding best practices, and solution governance.
