Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year
Requirements:
We require U.S. citizenship. We require the ability to obtain a government security clearance. We are looking for an associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience. We require at least 2 years of ServiceNow platform experience. We need proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. We require experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments. We need a solid understanding of database concepts, including SQL. Preferred qualifications include an active government security clearance. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credentials. Responsibilities:
We design and deliver solutions for new application enhancements. We coordinate integration across ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces. We provide ongoing support and participate in peer reviews throughout sprint cycles. We investigate production issues and complete technical tickets. We remediate operations and maintenance defects and build solutions for new needs. We ensure successful deployment and continued maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
