Responsibilities
Lead client discovery sessions to understand business objectives and technical requirements; Translate complex client challenges into scalable Data & AI architectures; Serve as primary technical advisor on architecture, tooling, and trade-offs; Develop architecture diagrams, design documentation, and implementation plans; Lead enterprise solutions from architecture through production deployment; Guide engineering teams in implementation and resolve architectural challenges; Apply AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle to improve productivity and quality; Advise clients on adopting AI in engineering environments; Mentor engineers and contribute to technical hiring and capability development; Communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders; Operate effectively across distributed global teams
