Own end-to-end P&L for Mutual Funds and NFO business; Define annual and long-term growth strategy; Drive topline growth, profitability, and AUM scale; Lead NFO strategy and execution including GTM and subscription volumes; Drive MF investor acquisition and retention; Partner with Product/Engineering to build investment experiences; Build strategic relationships with AMCs and ecosystem partners; Own metrics across AUM, SIP book, and investor activation; Track industry shifts and translate insights into opportunities; Build and lead high-performing teams across business, partnerships, and analytics.
