Responsibilities
Support the CPS Team Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate engineer schedules, service visits, maintenance activities, and emergency callouts to meet customer requirements. Allocate resources effectively and adjust schedules as priorities change. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Monitor service quality, review customer feedback, and implement actions to improve the customer experience. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development activities while helping to build a high-performing team. Raise and process purchase orders, manage service documentation, and ensure accurate administrative records. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth service execution. Coordinate the procurement of parts, equipment, and materials required for service delivery. Process warranty claims in line with manufacturer and supplier requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
