What this job involves:
The Experience Manager (Flex Model) serves as a strategic and operational resource supporting multiple client accounts to enhance service delivery, drive operational excellence, and elevate facility management experiences. This role executes Lite, Foundation or Elevate tier service models developed by the platform team and implements them consistently across assigned client portfolios. The position operates on a flexible commitment basis with remote work arrangements determined by client agreements and resource allocation requirements (e.g., 0.2 FTE, 0.5 FTE).
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences through strategic client partnerships, innovative communications, effective event execution, and cross-functional collaboration that drives measurable business outcomes.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Experience Strategy
• Partner with account teams to develop and execute fun, impactful client engagement strategies that transform the workplace experience and strengthen client relationships.
• Integrating platform developed programs based on the committed tiering. (eg Strategy, Experience Everywhere upskilling app, Pitstop program, We Care, Experience Toolkit etc.)
• Work alongside Workplace operations teams to embed a culture of empowerment, engagement, and fulfilment, ensuring service delivery reflects genuine care and responsiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of all internal communication strategies in collaboration with client’s leadership with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures for event planning and execution that ensure consistency and quality across all activations, making it easier for account teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Event Management / Food & Beverage
• Planning & Conceptualization: Define event goals, themes, and formats, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Logistics Management: Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts (catering, AV, decorators), and handle attendee registration/transportation.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee event setup, manage the itinerary, troubleshoot issues, and supervise staff and volunteers during the event.
• Financial Control: Track all expenses to ensure the event stays within the agreed budget.
• Promotion & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and maintain positive relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
• Menu Planning & Inventory: Collaborate with the Vendors / Head Chef to create menus, set pricing strategies, and manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory turnover.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with local regulations and HACCP policies.
• Customer Experience: Handle employees / guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Improvement Plan: Design Journey Map at various touchpoints & propose new ideas to improve event and service quality
Cross-Account Collaboration
• Share insights, best practices, and lessons learned across multiple accounts and nominate champions to join COPs conducted by the Geo-Leads on a monthly basis.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between account teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the alignment of service delivery approaches while respecting client-specific requirements and preferences.
• Leadership & People Skills: Strong capability to lead, train, and motivate staff, along with excellent communication skills.
Required qualifications:
• At least 2 years in operations and event management in the hospitality or real estate industry (FOH experience is a plus inclusive of the above)
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events with VIP / VVIP / C-suite stakeholders (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• MS Office / Mural / Campaigning, Survey, Journey Mapping Tools / Canva
Task Skills
• Excellent Project management
• Strong social media & Marketing literacy
• Creating Surveys via Tech Tools (Microsoft Forms / Survey Monkey / Corrigo etc)
• Building compelling proposals for client presentations (PPT,
