Director, Business Development & Sales – Europe (Border Security & Counter‑UAS)

What you’ll do
• Lead European sales strategy for border security, surveillance, and C‑UAS solutions
• Deliver bookings, revenue, margin, and pipeline growth targets
• Identify, qualify, and capture strategic government and defence opportunities
• Build relationships with ministries, agencies, and key integrators
• Lead and coach a team of business development and sales professionals
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and representative networks
• Drive partner performance through clear plans and regular reviews
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on market needs
• Oversee forecasting, CRM discipline, and competitive insight
• Support proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
What you need
• Required: Strong leadership, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
• Required: Proven ability to grow sales and win complex deals
• Required: Experience selling technical solutions to government or defence customers
• Required: Channel/partner management experience across Europe
• Required: Knowledge of surveillance, sensors, or C‑UAS applications
