Responsibilities
Prepare hourly batches for picking including monitoring tickets, printing labels, and setting up pick carts; Monitor and resolve issues with hourly deliveries; Systematically create waves and batch orders based on order profile; Create delivery, waves, and transfer orders for drop ship and web accounts; Print stickers and sort materials for DC and Luxottica orders; Manage order flow inbox to support cancellations, reversals, and priority changes; Provide backup support for picking, packing, and shipping; Lift up to 40 lbs and move at a fast pace while standing for long periods.
