Responsibilities
Process and close MAWB for consolidations and back-to-back AWBs; Book space with carriers and obtain spot codes; Track AWB and provide COB information; Research CCA, weight, and rate discrepancies; Communicate with overseas agents and clients regarding pre-alerts and shipment status; Manage and update carrier/vendor rates.
