Responsibilities
Greet new unit delivery, service, warranty, and parts customers; Answer service and parts questions over the phone and in person; Conduct final PDI and inspect detailing of units scheduled for delivery; Prepare Owner's Delivery Packet and delivery documents; Explain unit and accessory operation, break-in, and maintenance procedures to customers; Assist with warranty repair authorization and work order creation; Assist with receiving and sale of parts; Process payments and compile daily batch reports.
