Own and lead delivery of share plan administration processes including grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures, and terminations; Support operational compliance by performing or reviewing recurring audits of equity data; Partner with third-party service providers to ensure system rules and integrations reflect plan provisions; Maintain and improve equity administration process documentation; Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Finance to resolve participant questions and validate data; Provide clear, timely support for participant inquiries; Proactively identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
