Responsibilities
Support customer system bring-up including hardware, firmware, and SDK integration; Assist with system validation, lab testing, and post-silicon characterization; Collect and analyze lab data to evaluate system robustness and operating margins; Perform basic HSIO testing (signal integrity checks, eye diagrams, BER); Help debug customer issues across HW/FW/SDK boundaries and support root-cause analysis; Work with firmware teams to validate features, configurations, and system behavior; Document issues and validation results clearly and concisely; Collaborate with design, firmware, validation, and marketing teams to support customers
