Responsibilities
Lead the Forward Deployed Solutions team and establish an operating model for intake, prioritization, and delivery governance; Own the annual operating plan including budget, capacity, and financial performance; Partner with Sales and commercial leaders to shape strategic opportunities and ensure clear scope; Support executive-level customer discovery and steering forums; Manage complex customer escalations and recovery efforts; Coach and develop senior talent; Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into roadmap recommendations; Identify opportunities to convert customer work into repeatable delivery patterns and playbooks; Establish operating standards for discovery, design, and value realization; Lead business reviews to communicate performance trends and investment needs.
