Responsibilities
Provide strategic planning and account management for large accounts; Direct and manage the administration of contractual requirements and obligations; Manage the new and renewal implementation process for accounts; Interface with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services; Maintain ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations; Make recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations; Provide on-site and off-site customer service including resolving claims, benefit, and enrollment issues; Coordinate open enrollment meetings, renewal process, and training sessions; Make routine account visits.
