Review and reconcile all payments received on a daily basis, Prepare detailed accounts receivable reconciliations for customer and internal requests, Identify and communicate payment discrepancies with the collections team, Manage portfolio of receivable accounts to ensure aged balances remain within targets, Prepare scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports, Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary
