Responsibilities
Prepare quotes in SAP based on pricing policy; Coordinate and adapt offers using input from sales, product management, legal, and logistics; Check and approve orders and quotations; Handle customer orders from purchase order to delivery; Prepare and manage sales support documentation; Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery; Invoice delivered orders; Create delivery, import & export documentation; Clear Basware requests for unmatched invoices; Clear invoices in dispute; Respond to customer technical & non-technical queries relating to Spare Parts; Identify customer requests and hand over out-of-scope requirements to the responsible division.
