Conduct interviews and workshops with Finance SMEs and technology stakeholders to define O2C requirements. Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix. Analyze current O2C processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps. Produce detailed as-is and future-state process maps. Support Solution Architects in validating designs against finance compliance needs. Assist with UAT planning and execution for O2C changes. Support transition to BAU including handover documentation and training content development.
