Analyze, design, review, and approve proposed UKG system changes; Serve as primary Global System Administrator for UKG changes including business structures, user permissions, and integrations; Implement, update, and support UKG integrations including daily synchronization between TeleStaff and PROWFM; Provide production support by resolving issues and handling enhancement requests; Monitor and report system outages; Track UKG releases and patches; Collaborate with finance and project teams to implement solutions for policy and union rule changes; Test proposed changes to ensure production system stability
